“Tag Line”

A couple of weeks ago Burstwick Primary School took part in a Cross Country event. The competition was at Preston Primary. The team consisted of 4 people from each class.

Before the competition we were all preparing for the race by exercising on the play equipment and having a jog about.
The race started and some of the team did not get a good start. However, we managed to pick up the pace and overtook some of the other runners.

Our results were:- Harry 4th, Kian 10th, Brad 11th and Sammy somewhere just after.
We have also had another competition at Bilton.

We again ran really well and this time Harry finished 2nd and Emma also came 2nd.
All the children ran really well and good luck for the qualifiers at Preston on Thursday 16th October.
Good luck to the Years 3 and 4.
